Mode of action:

• Receptor Binding: When applied to the plant, Gibberellic Acid enters the cells and binds to GID1 receptors.
• Deactivating Repressors: This binding prompts the destruction of DELLA proteins, which normally act as "brakes" on plant growth.
• Gene Activation: Removing these repressors allows specific genes to activate. This triggers the production of enzymes that break down cell walls.
• Cellular Expansion: With loosened cell walls, the cells rapidly expand and multiply, resulting in visible stem elongation and tissue growth.
